Taking a Juniper class this week [Nov. 4th, 2008|09:52 am]
Doug Ayen
This week I'm taking the Juniper Networks Advanced Policy class. Filters, prefix-lists, class-of-service, that sort of thing.

There's five students in the course. I'm the only non-Juniper employee in the course. I'm not sure if this is a good or bad thing . . .

Going for a specific cert, or just adding to your JunOS-fu?

Company-paid-for class, we get a budget from Juniper 'cause we buy so many of them. I'm not really going to for a cert, so, yeah, JunOS-fu.

Cool. They're supposed to be coming in here to do some training since we bought a bunch of MX960's and M120's. Last time they handed out the O'Reilly JunOS cookbook which was a neat freebie..
