|Mill's drive replaced

In a fit of productivity, I replaced the borked old gear-drive on the mini-mill with an after-market belt drive. It claims to be quieter, longer lasting, more powerful, and easier to fix than the old gears. Considering what was left of the gears fell out in three pieces during the replacement, I'm not arguing the claims yet.|
Next up: remove the X-Y table before using it for some polishing. While it's off, fix the gibs so that it doesn't bind so much at the extremities of travel, or figure out why else it won't go past the half-way point.
