Dinner last night [Feb. 16th, 2003|03:57 am]
Doug Ayen
had Tommy Lee Whitlock and his household over for dinner last night. The menu was:

Romano-enhanced French bread with Boursin cheese and honey butter
Asparagus tips with lemon butter
Oven roasted herbed potato pieces
Salad with homemade habanero-vinegar vinegrette
Hibiscus marinated leg of lamb with marinade-au jus sauce
Yellow crumb cake with fudge frosting

Served with the meal were a variety of red wines and my homemade Peach
lambic.

Overall, I think the dinner was a success. Yay.

I need to remember _not to use the 10quart pot. Too much left over. Freezer servings available on Tuesday if your over for Shui-night.
